When you enter Splash Club you become a member and as such you agree to follow the following rules:
The Splash club is a private Club. Admittance will be allowed only with a valid national member club card "UNO CLUB CARD". You can enrol as a new member or extend your club card at the entrance.
The entrance fee for a locker or a private cabin must be paid in advance. We will provide you with towels and sandals free of charge, but they must be returned with the key to your locker or private cabin at the reception when you leave. If you don't return your towels or your sandals, we will charge you €15,00 for each towel and € 20,00 for sandals. Before leaving the club please ensure that you have not left anything in the cabin or locker and please lock the doors.
Valuables like jewellery, watches, money, credit cards, glasses, mobile phones, handbags wallets etc. they can be deposited at the reception where you can put them free of charge in your own save deposit box. Splash Club does not accept liability for any theft or loss. As all the locks to the lockers and cabins are patented, you will be charged € 50,00 for replacement of a new lock should you loose your key.
Please show our staff your key when you order food, drinks or you book any other service. Your account will be charged and enabling you to pay when you leave the club. Food or drinks can not be brought to the club and must be bought in our premises.
Members are obliged to the utmost cleanliness in all areas of the club and they are requested to leave the facilities in the same clean and tidy condition they would wish to find them, themselves. Glasses or wet towels etc. must not be left behind in the cabins or in the dark-rooms. The removal of candles is strictly prohibited. Out of consideration for other guests it also is not allowed to block the cabins in the basement for hours.
Kindly respect the privacy and intimacy of others, especially of younger members and please avoid unwelcome advances.
Furthermore:
NO  PROSTITUTION,  NO  HOTEL,  NO  DRUGS.
The Splash club has the authority retains the right to refuse admission to anyone with a dubious appearance without having to give any reason. Visitors must follow all instructions given by any member of staff; this also includes situations where a member questions the interpretation of a directive. Members who are in breach of any of the regulations or who refuse to comply with the directives given by the staff will be asked to leave without reimbursement of the entrance fee. We also reserve the right to refused future admission to the club and or ban individuals which may lead to the confiscation of the membership card.
Due to the danger of fire, it is prohibited to hang wet towels for drying next to the stove. The doors to the sauna and the steam room must be kept closed. Smoking is prohibited by law everywhere in our club. Breaching the law, can led to a fine of up to € 275,00. There is a smoking area outside the club.
You should know that we have installed video cameras throughout the club for your safety. The tapes will handed to the authorities in case of criminal activity and/or disturbances. You can only watch them in the presence of the Police.
