PHASE 3 REGULATION REGARDING THE ORDER OF THE LOMBARDY REGION 566

OF 12/06/2020 WITH EFFECT UNTIL 30/06/2020

The general rules regarding the Covid-19 health emergency to be followed within the Club are as follows:

General rules

  •  during the journey between the various areas it is mandatory to wear a face mask
  •  Always keep the interpersonal distance of at least one meter, with the exception of cohabitants and couples.
  •  Wash your hands often, take frequent showers and use the available hand sanitizer gel dispensers.

Entrance – Check-in

  •  admissions are limited, reservations are recommended; in case of reaching the maximum number of people present within the club, at additional members the entrance may be refused.
  •  disinfect your hands with the sanitizing gel available before entry.
  •  we recommend keeping the interpersonal distance of at least one meter, arranging in an orderly row, even while waiting outside the club.
  •  At members with body temperatures above 37.5 ° access is denied.
  •  Be prepared with an id-card and membership card, preferably the digital one to avoid further physical contact at check-in
  •  personal effects such as towels and slippers are welcome, in any case our laundry will provide what is necessary, always guaranteeing safety and hygiene.
  •  follow the horizontal signs, respect the routes. Assemblies in every area of the club are prohibited

Locker rooms

  •  we guarantee the distance of 1 meter between the lockers. Each locker is sanitized and reorganized after the use of each individual member
  •  store the clothing / objects inside your locker in the bags made available or in your personal bag
  •  do not leave clothes / objects on the benches, above or below the lockers

Showers

  •  The use of showers is allowed in a reduced number according to the regulations in force. If the showers are all occupied, the members are required to wait their turn outside, respecting the necessary safety distances

Gym

  •  it’s mandatory to use the protective face mask
  •  use the tools keeping a minimum distance of 2 meters from the simultaneous use of other tools by other members
  •  sanitize hands and tools before and after each exercise change

Pool

  •  Before entering the swimming pool it is mandatory to take a shower thoroughly
  •  Place the mask in the disposable bags, due to resume it immediately after leaving the water
  •  entrance limited: Maximum capacity 17 people
  •  in water keep the interpersonal distance of 2 meters
  •  safety distance between deck chairs and chairs: 1.5 meters

Outdoor whirlpool

  •  Maximum capacity 1 person
  •  before entering the whirlpool it is mandatory to take a shower thoroughly
  •  Place the mask in the disposable bags, due to resume it immediately after leaving the water

Bar and Garden

  •  follow the horizontal signs
  •  entrance limited
  •  members must wear the mask whenever they are not sitting at the table
  •  drinks can be taken on the bar counter with an interpersonal distance of 1 meter
  •  the tables are arranged in such a way as to ensure the maintenance of at least 1 meter of separation between the members, with the exception of members of the same family group or cohabitants: this last aspect pertains to individual responsibility

Relax-cabins

  •  they can be used for individual rest and relaxation.
  •  contact reception for the free assignment of a relax-cabin for the desired time
  •  communicate the end of use again to the reception to allow cleaning and disinfection of the relax-cabin for further use by other members.
  •  do not use relax-cabins already used by other members or before having received authorization for use by the staff at the reception

Massage and beauty treatments

  •  Access to the services is allowed only by booking
  •  the member must use an airway protection mask during the treatments

Tanning shower

  •  Access to the services is allowed only by booking
  •  the member must use feetcovers
  •  communicate again to the reception the end use of the tanning shower to allow the cleaning and disinfection of the equipment for further use by other members.
  •  do not use the tanning shower if already used by other members or before having received authorization for use by the staff at the reception

Unless otherwise specified until 30/06/2020, Turkish baths, Finnish saunas and indoor whirlpool remain inaccessible. There may be changes from 01/07/2020 following the launch of the new order of the Lombardy Region.

However, we invite you to check at the reception, before entering, for any services suspended or reactivated following the evolution of events. Also pay attention to the various signs indicating the mandatory provisions to follow during your stay at the Splash Club.
